Paramount Pictures on Melrose Boulevard is the only major film studio still located in Hollywood. The studio has developed a plan for site upgrades to provide for its thousands of employees in an ever evolving industry. Addressing these developments, however, requires significant capital investment. The current economic and political climate makes advocating for expensive investments a daunting challenge.
